Payment Method

Refund Policy

Client Work & Deliverables

Intellectual property rights in deliverables created as part of service engagements are determined by the service agreement. Generally, upon full payment of fees, ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for your business transfers to you. Pre-existing tools, templates, and methodologies developed by Agência 2020 remain our intellectual property.

Your Submissions

Any data, feedback, or materials you provide to us in connection with our services may be used to improve our services and processes. We will respect your confidential information as outlined in your service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Agência 2020 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or revenue, regardless of the cause.
• Our total liability to you, arising from or related to these Terms or our services, shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100 if no fees have been paid).
